Weekly Log Sept 8 - 21

We have decided on creating the Travel Buddy, an autonomous robotic cart that follows the owner. As a group, we have been trying to decide on how the cart will follow the owner what materials we would need . We would like to use an RFID card/ reader. If we have time, we might also include an Arduino Pixy camera that can follow the owner by the color of the shirt they are wearing. The materials we were thinking of adding to our previous proposal list include SolidWorks, Pixy camera, and servo motors.

We have been researching about how to use RFID tags and how to code for them in Arduino. We have also been looking at the data sheets for each of the components we are looking to include on our project. We will be spending next week looking up pricing of these materials. We will also be creating a project planning management chart in order to help us be more organized.
